Not to be outdone, however, Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Plains Township will bring six shows to its racetrack. Throughout the next three months, the region's major entertainment venues will host more than 20 high-profile musical acts, with all the usual genres represented - rock, pop, country and a little bit of hip-hop. Meanwhile, Scranton Cultural Center at The Masonic Temple and Wilkes-Barre's F. M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts and Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza will also have a few shows on their schedules. The Sisters Wilson, Ann and Nancy, last rocked out on the mountain back in '08.
